Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy**
With Victoria, we understand that circumstances may arise that could lead to changes in your schedule. To ensure fairness for all our clients and to effectively manage our resources, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. **Cancellation Notice**: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list.
2. **No-Show Policy**: If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification, this will be considered a "no-show" and will be required to pay a fee.
3. **Fees**:
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will in-cure a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service price.
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
4. **Refunds and Credits**: Please note that there are no refunds or credits issued for cancellation fees or no-show charges. All fees are final. For any questions about your color please contact me to fix anything that needs attention.
5. **Exceptions**: We understand that emergencies may occur, and exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
